From our All Stars at age 5 to our Grayswood Guns U19 team, we encourage boys and girls of all ages and abilities to come along and have fun while they learn to play cricket… hopefully all with the intention of nurturing a love for this great game and transitioning to one of our very successful men’s or women’s adult teams.

How do we differ from other Cricket Clubs?
We recognise that every child develops at their own pace. We treat everyone equally, regardless of ability, knowing that without opportunities children cannot grow in confidence or realise their talent and potential.

Our philosophy is to adopt an inclusive and patient approach, providing equal opportunities for all. We can be competitive when needed, but do not adopt a win-at-all-cost approach to the detriment and exclusion of any child. Everyone has an equal opportunity to enjoy this game, have fun and improve while being granted the time to bloom.

Coaching
All our coaches are ECB qualified and hold enhanced DBS certification. Coaching standards are exceptionally high and all activities are conducted in safe environments.

We also welcome any parent or carer to take their club participation further by joining our team of volunteer coaches. From assistant activators and coach support workers to ECB level 1 and 2 status, we offer free training and support. Drop me a line to find out more.
